The AIBC Complaints Process

The AIBC Complaints Process is part of AIBC’s 2026 Fall PD Series.
This session will walk through how a specific, hypothetical complaint makes its way through the AIBC’s complaints process. Discussion topics will include issues raised at the Intake Stage, mapping out the actions available to the Investigation Committee, what happens if it is sent to investigation, and what happens if it is not. Members of the Investigation Committee will also answer questions that were received during their virtual presentation at the 2026 AIBC Conference in May.
