Voting On Proposed Investigations and Discipline Bylaw Opens Today

June 13, 2016

The AIBC is holding an electronic vote on proposed Investigations and Discipline bylaws. The AIBC Council supports these amendments and asks you to do the same.

Read about the bylaw amendments and supporting rationales.

This is the time to make your voice heard. We ask you to encourage other AIBC members and honorary members to also vote. Passage requires a minimum of two-thirds of affirmative ballots cast by eligible voters.

Earlier today, you were sent an email from vote@simplyvoting.com. The email includes:

  • Instructions on how to vote electronically;
  • Your unique elector ID and password; and
  • A link to the electronic ballot.

If, by the end of today, June 13, you still did not receive this email from vote@simplyvoting.com, after having checked your spam filters and junk inbox, or if you deleted it in error, you must contact Simply Voting directly at vote@simplyvoting.com and they will provide you with your elector ID and password again.

The deadline for voting is Friday, July 8 at 4 p.m. (PST).

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact the AIBC at 604-683-8588 and the front desk staff will redirect your call to the appropriate person.
