Electronic-voting for the 2018 AIBC Council election is now open! All members and honorary members are highly encouraged to cast their e-ballot. Your active participation is crucial for both the governance of the Institute, as well as the profession of architecture in British Columbia.
On April 16 at 9 a.m., eligible voters were sent an email (E-Vote Notification) from firstname.lastname@example.org. The email included:
- Instructions on how to vote electronically;
- Your unique elector ID and password; and
- A link to the electronic ballot.
If you did not receive this email (remember to check your spam filters and junk inbox), or deleted it in error, you must contact Simply Voting directly at email@example.com. They will provide you with your user ID and password again.
The deadline for voting is May 7, 12 p.m. As an additional reminder, paper ballots will NOT be mailed.
