The 2020 Induction and Retirement Ceremony, scheduled to take place in June, has been postponed and will not be taking place this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The health, safety and well-being of registrants, volunteers and staff continues to be a top priority for the AIBC.
Newly registered Architects AIBC and Architectural Technologists AIBC, as well as newly Retired Architects AIBC who would have been eligible to participate in the 2020 ceremony will be invited, along with their families, to attend an expanded ceremony in 2021.
The Induction and Retirement Ceremony recognizes the induction of newly registered Architects AIBC and Architectural Technologists AIBC, as well as the formal retirement of Architects AIBC, to acknowledge these important professional milestones. The AIBC looks forward to welcoming 2020 and 2021 inductees and retirees to the 2021 ceremony.
