The AIBC has been collecting questions from registrants regarding the Professional Governance Act (PGA) transition since the announcement from the provincial government in July. Further inquiries were collected at the virtual Town Hall with Paul Craven, the Superintendent of the Office of Professional Governance (OSPG), which was held in August.
The AIBC submitted the unanswered questions to the OSPG for response. We have received answers to many of the inquiries, and they have now been uploaded onto the AIBC’s dedicated PGA transition webpage under “Questions and Answers”. New sections have been added, such as the Architects Act & Section 60, Firms, Advocacy, and more. We encourage you to review the update and responses provided.
