Final Days to Register for the Annual Meeting
Registration for the 102nd AIBC Annual Meeting closes on May 16, 2021. The meeting is taking place on May 25, and those who are interested in attending must register online.
Registration information will be used to record Learning Units for CES Participants, as well as verify member eligibility to vote during the Annual Meeting in accordance with Section 21(7) of the Architects Act.

Annual Meeting Booklet Now Available
The Annual Meeting Booklet is now available. The booklet contains all of the material required to participate in the 102nd Annual Meeting: Agenda, Protocols, Draft Minutes of the 101st Annual Meeting, 2020 Audited Financial Statements and the Appointment of the Auditor. We encourage all registrants to review the enclosed material in advance of the meeting.

Attending the 102nd Annual Meeting
The week of May 17, all registered attendees will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to join the meeting webcast. The 102nd AIBC Annual Meeting webcast lobby will open on May 25 at 11:30 a.m. PDT, and the meeting will begin at 12 p.m. PDT.
To minimize technical issues, the AIBC recommends you test your system in advance of the Annual Meeting by using the tech test kit. Technical issues or questions can also be sent to webcast@resolvecollaboration.com.
