The new AIBC Registrant Portal is now live! Registrants should have received an email with important information about account activation.
The link to the new Registrant portal is portal.aibc.ca. Please note a limited selection of Portal functions are currently available. Registrants are encouraged to explore the Registrant Portal, and will be able to:
- Review their CES Transcript
- Submit CES Self-Reports
- Change their contact information
- Update Mentors and Supervising Architects
- Request a letter of good standing
In the coming weeks, more functionalities will become available, including: access for firms; placing stamp and seal orders; applying for a new firm, registering for an AIBC event, and much more. Until then, please use the current procedures and available PDFs on the AIBC website.
AIBC Registrant Portal Resources
The AIBC Registrant Portal is easy-to-use and features intuitive navigation. To help registrants get acquainted with the new system, the AIBC has created a Frequently Asked Questions document, which includes information such as how to activate your account and reset your password.
The AIBC has also created several “Registrant Portal Quick Guides”, which provide step-by-step overviews of new processes:
- Review a CES Reporting Period Transcript
- Submit a Declaration of Out-of-Province CES Compliance
- Submit a Self-Reported Educational Activity
2022 Annual Renewal Cycle
The 2022 Annual Renewal Invoices have not yet been created, which means they are not available to view in the Registrant Portal. The AIBC will be sending additional information about the 2022 Annual Renewal, including how to view and pay invoices, in the coming weeks.
What’s Next?
The AIBC will be sharing regular updates about new Registrant Portal functionalities through the website, newsletter and Notices.
In the meantime, the AIBC encourages registrants to review the AIBC Registrant Portal Frequently Asked Questions document. If you have any questions about the project, please email support@aibc.ca.
