In accordance with AIBC Bylaws, Architects AIBC in Good Standing are invited to submit an Advisory Resolution by April 19, 2023.
All Advisory Resolutions (formerly known as ‘member motions’) must be submitted in advance as resolutions will not be accepted during the online Annual General Meeting on June 6. Instructions on how to submit an Advisory Resolution and the required form are available on the AIBC website, as well as below. The deadline for submission is 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

The Advisory Resolutions process will be conducted in accordance with the Professional Governance Act, Section 34, and with AIBC Bylaws.
