A new regulatory document, “Regulatory Guidance: Right to Title” is now available.
This document replaces Bulletin 32: Right to Title – The Legal Use of “Architect” and Derivatives. It was updated to remove references to the Architects Act, and align the content with the requirements of the Professional Governance Act, AIBC Bylaws, and the Architects Regulation.
The document focuses on the use of titles and descriptions related to the practice of the profession of architecture.
