The 105th Annual General Meeting will be held online on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 12–1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. As well as conducting the necessary annual business of the AIBC, this virtual meeting is an opportunity to learn more about how the Institute has fulfilled its mandate over the past year. AIBC Registrants and the public are invited to attend and must register in advance.

Registration for the Annual General Meeting closes on May 27, 2024. Those who are interested in attending must register online.
Registration information will be used to record learning units for CES Participants, as well as verify Registrant eligibility to vote during the Annual General Meeting, in accordance with AIBC Bylaw 2.123. Please ensure that the information used to register matches what is recorded with the AIBC.

Registrant Forum and Advisory Resolutions
For the 105th Annual General Meeting, Architects AIBC were invited to submit an Advisory Resolution to the Registrar from April 4 to 18, 2024, in keeping with Bylaw 2.130. Please note that resolutions will not be accepted during the online Annual General Meeting on June 4.
In 2024, one Advisory Resolution was submitted to the Registrar. Registrants are encouraged to review the resolution in advance of the Annual General Meeting. Architects in Good Standing in attendance at the meeting will be voting on the resolution.
