It was announced in September 2023 that the Province of B.C., Ministry of Housing is partnering with the Planning Institute of BC (PIBC) to develop and implement a new Peer Learning Network (PLN) to support planners, practitioners, and local government staff with the implementation of the provincial housing legislation across British Columbia. PIBC delivered the first phase of peer-to-peer learning activities in the first half of 2024 and planning is underway for the next phase of activities for this fall and winter.
The PIBC is seeking practitioners to participate in their brief survey by no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
Please note: The Peer Learning Network is tailored for planners and practitioners in British Columbia. the PIBC also welcomes the participation of practitioners from outside B.C., including the Yukon, who may practice in B.C., or have interest in BC housing legislation and public/private/non-profit practice and research.
