Architects AIBC are invited to submit an Advisory Resolution to the Registrar from April 3 to 17, in keeping with Bylaw 2.130. To submit an Advisory Resolution, complete the Advisory Resolution Form (PDF), and submit it to the Registrar at oceo@aibc.ca by the deadline. For the 2025 Annual General Meeting, all such resolutions must have been submitted in writing by 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025. All Advisory Resolutions must be submitted in advance as resolutions will not be accepted during the June 3 online meeting.

The Advisory Resolutions process will be conducted in accordance with the Professional Governance Act, Section 34, and with AIBC Bylaws.
