Electronic voting for the 2026 AIBC Board election is now open. All Architects AIBC in Good Standing are encouraged to cast their e-ballot.
The deadline to cast your e-ballot is May 19 at 12 p.m. Election results will be announced on May 21 following the close of the electronic vote.

Board Election Voting Instructions
Eligible voters should have received an email (E-Vote Notification: AIBC Board Election) from vote@simplyvoting.com this morning with instructions on how to vote. Please note that this email included the name of the individual as the elector ID, instead of the AIBC ID. A second email with the correct elector ID was sent around 9:30 a.m., which included:
- Instructions on how to vote electronically;
- A unique elector ID (AIBC-R######) and password; and
- A link to the electronic ballot.
Eligible voters who do not receive an email by end of day April 27, after having checked their spam filters and junk inbox, or if the email was deleted in error, are instructed to contact Simply Voting directly at vote@simplyvoting.com.
