Voting On Associate Bylaw Amendments Begins

October 24, 2016

The AIBC will be conducting an electronic vote on proposed associate bylaw amendments. Your AIBC Council supports these bylaw amendments and asks you to do the same.

Read the bylaw amendments and supporting rationales.

Passage requires a minimum of two-thirds of affirmative ballots cast by eligible voters. This is the time to make your voice heard and to encourage your fellow architects and honorary members to also vote.

On October 24 you will be sent an email from vote@simplyvoting.com. The email will include:

  • Instructions on how to vote electronically;
  • Your unique elector ID and password; and
  • A link to the electronic ballot.

Please look for this email on October 24. Check your spam filters and junk inbox. This is the email address that will be used to send you the necessary information.

If, by the end of day October 24, you still did not receive an email, after having checked your spam filters and junk inbox, or if you deleted it in error, you must contact Simply Voting directly at vote@simplyvoting.com and they will provide you with your user ID and password again.

The deadline for voting is Thursday, November 17 at 4 p.m. PDT.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the AIBC at 604.683.8588 and the front desk staff will redirect your call to the appropriate person.
