In January of 2018, a President’s Message was sent to members and associates regarding the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan. The Notice stated the importance of the plan in setting the strategic direction of the Institute, provided a high-level overview of next steps, and encouraged participation in an online feedback survey. Thank you to everyone who completed the survey and shared their comments – your responses will be considered throughout the development of the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan.
As part of the member consultation phase of the project, the AIBC Council invites members and associates to join them for a facilitated session regarding the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan. The session will happen immediately following the adjournment of the 99th AIBC Annual Meeting, which will be held during the 2018 Annual Conference on May 7, 2018. This session will include a review of the current plan goals, a report from council’s situation analysis exercise, and a question and answer portion to obtain member and associate input into the process.
