Given recent changes to CCDC 2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, the BC Documents Committee (BCDC) will be undertaking a review of the BCDC 2 documents. The AIBC is seeking an Architect AIBC to represent the Institute on this external committee.
BCDC 2 documents were created as front-end documents (Instructions to Bidders and Bid Form), as well as Supplementary Conditions for use of CCDC 2 on publicly funded projects. The review will cover both the BCDC 2 documents and Guidelines.
