Notice of the 102nd Annual Meeting | Registration Now Open

Notice is hereby provided of the 102nd Annual Meeting, in accordance with AIBC Bylaw 17.1.

The 102nd Annual Meeting will be held online on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. As well as conducting the necessary annual business of the Institute, this webcast meeting is an opportunity to learn more about how the Institute has fulfilled its mandate over the past year, as well as upcoming plans and initiatives. CES Participants who attend the entire Annual Meeting will receive 1.5 Non-core Learning Units.

Annual Meeting Registration Now Open

Registration for the Annual Meeting is now open, and closes on May 16, 2021.

Registration information will be used to record Learning Units for CES Participants, as well as verify member eligibility to vote during the Annual Meeting in accordance with Section 21(7) of the Architects Act. Please ensure that the information used to register for the Annual Meeting matches what is recorded with the AIBC (for example: legal name, not preferred name).

Registrant Forum Call for Motions

Architects AIBC are invited to submit a motion from April 13 to 23 for review by the Motions Review Committee. Instructions on how to submit a motion and the Motion Form (PDF) are now available on the AIBC website. The deadline for submission is 4 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2021. Given the online format of the 102nd Annual Meeting, all motions must be submitted in advance – motions will not be accepted during the meeting on May 25.
