Continuing Education System (CES) Participants – AIBC-registered architects, architectural technologists and intern architects – are reminded that the next AIBC Mandatory CES reporting period deadline is June 30, 2022. This means that CES Participants have just under one year to earn and report a total of 36 Learning Units (LUs), of which at least 16 LUs must be Core.
All LUs must be earned and reported by the June 30, 2022, deadline. Please note there is no minimum mid-point LU requirement, although we do highly recommend reporting as you go. The requirement to comply with the CES is outlined in AIBC Bylaw 30.2 and described in Bulletin 80: Mandatory Continuing Education System (CES). The primary objective of the CES bylaw is to require the ongoing professional development of all CES Participants.
