New AIBC Registrant Portal Launching Soon!

October 5, 2021

The AIBC has been working on the new registrant portal project, which replaces the current registrant database system. This transition is an important milestone for the AIBC, especially with the increased need for effective online communication.

Much progress has been made and the AIBC is delighted to share that its new portal – called the AIBC Registrant Portal – will be launching on December 1. Once launched, registrants can look forward to the following:

  • Easy-to-use interface and improved navigation
  • Intuitive functionality
  • Streamlined processes, such as submitting forms and requests directly through the Portal
  • Modernized look and feel
  • Robust system with all registrant information migrated from the current database

What’s Next?

Further information and instructions will be provided in the coming weeks, including how to log-in and access the new AIBC Registrant Portal for the first time, via email and the AIBC website. The AIBC would like to emphasize that the portal is easy-to-use and intuitive, and that all registrant information will have already been migrated over from the current database.

Once the Portal is launched, the previous database will no longer be accessible to individual registrants.

If you have any questions regarding the database transition, please email aibc@aibc.ca
