AIBC Council Acclamation
The AIBC is pleased to announce that three Architects have been nominated to serve on AIBC Council.
Four nominees submitted their application to the Nomination Committee for the three available Council positions, in accordance with the Professional Governance Act and AIBC Bylaws. The Nomination Committee evaluated the nominees to determine if they met the stated competencies and recruitment requirements of Council, as established in the Professional Governance General Regulation. After a thorough review of each of the nominee’s nomination material and résumé, augmented by an interview, the Nomination Committee concluded that three nominees met the criteria to stand for election to Council. Since there are only three vacant Council positions, there will be no election this year.
The following nominees will be elected by acclamation for three-year terms:
- Matthew Halverson Architect AIBC
- Ann McLean Architect AIBC
- Sean Rodrigues Architect AIBC

104th Annual General Meeting Registration Now Open
Registration for the 104th Annual General Meeting is now open, and closes on May 29, 2023. Those interested in attending must register online.

Registration information will be used to record Learning Units for CES Participants, as well as verify Registrant eligibility to vote during the Annual General Meeting in accordance with AIBC Bylaws. Please ensure that the information used to register for the Annual General Meeting matches what is recorded with the AIBC (for example: legal name, not preferred name).
