Architects AIBC are invited to submit an Advisory Resolution (formerly known as ‘member motions’) to the Registrar from April 4 to 18, in keeping with Bylaw 2.127 and 2.130.
To submit an Advisory Resolution, complete the Advisory Resolution Form (PDF), and submit it to the Registrar at oceo@aibc.ca by the deadline. For the 2024 Annual General Meeting, all such resolutions must have been submitted in writing by 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2024. All Advisory Resolutions must be submitted in advance as resolutions will not be accepted during the online meeting on June 4.

The Advisory Resolutions process will be conducted in accordance with the Professional Governance Act, Section 34, and with AIBC Bylaws.
