The 106th Annual General Meeting will be held online on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, from 12–1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. As well as conducting the necessary annual business of the Institute, this virtual meeting is an opportunity to learn more about how the Institute has fulfilled its mandate over the past year. AIBC Registrants and the public are invited to attend and must register in advance.

Registration information will be used to verify Registrant eligibility to vote during the Annual General Meeting, in accordance with AIBC Bylaw 2.123, as well as to record learning units for CES Participants. Please ensure that the information used to register matches what is recorded with the AIBC.
Advisory Resolutions
For the 106th Annual General Meeting, Architects AIBC were invited to submit an Advisory Resolution to the Registrar from April 4 to 17, 2025. Please note that resolutions will not be accepted during the June 3 online meeting. No resolutions were submitted.
