The Annual General Meeting is taking place virtually on June 11. Architects AIBC are invited to submit an Advisory Resolution to the Registrar from April 2 to April 24, in keeping with Bylaw 2.130.
To submit an Advisory Resolution, complete the Advisory Resolution Form (PDF), and submit it to the Registrar at oceo@aibc.ca by the deadline. For the 2026 Annual General Meeting, all such resolutions must have been submitted in writing by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2026. Please note that all Advisory Resolutions must be submitted in advance, as resolutions will not be accepted during the June 11 online Annual General Meeting.

The Advisory Resolutions process will be conducted in accordance with the Professional Governance Act, Section 34, and with AIBC Bylaws.
