BC Housing has two new educational offerings, including an upcoming webinar and new visual guide:

Webinar: Balcony Design for Resident Wellbeing in Multi-Unit Residential Buildings  

This webinar explores balcony design in multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs). Using current technical research and best industry practices, this session highlights practical balcony design strategies that support a better resident experience in urban housing:

Now Available: 2025 Builder’s Visual Guide to BC Energy and Zero Carbon Step Codes 

The 2025 Builder’s Visual Guide to BC Energy and Zero Carbon Step Codes is now available. The guide gives builders practical, proven strategies for the highest levels of the BC Energy Step Code and Zero Carbon Step Code. Each best practice in the guide is drawn from real-world projects across the province and validated through practical application.
