BC Housing has issued an RFP for architectural services to develop two new standardized blueprint types for the DASH (Digitally Accelerated Standardized Housing) Program.
BC Housing is expanding the DASH blueprint library. Through standardized designs, BC Housing is supporting more diverse multi-unit housing options, responding to industry demand, and helping communities deliver housing faster.
BC Housing’s DASH team is now seeking architects to develop two new standardized blueprint types:
- DASH Plex (duplex, triplex, fourplex)
- Group Home (congregate-living housing that provides support for individuals with complex needs)
Teams may submit a proposal for one or both blueprint types. These new designs will complement existing DASH blueprints for three- to six-storey wood-framed housing and pre-fabricated washroom facilities. Submissions close on September 9, 2026: BC Bid posting.
