Please be advised that effective November 16, 2026, the AIBC will temporarily stop selling CCDC products, in preparation for the Canadian Construction Association’s (CCA) new digital platform. Practice advice (practiceadvice@aibc.ca) remains available for all CCDC contracts and related matters.
On October 27, 2026, the CCA launched SignaSur, an online contract management platform that will serve as the new central hub for accessing CCDC contracts, forms, and documents. To learn more, find an authorized outlet, or access SignaSur, visit SignaSur.ca/get-signasur.
All traditional sales of CCA and CCDC standard construction documents will be discontinued effective December 31, 2026, with the exception of CCDC 9 statutory declaration seals, which will continue to be available.
The Institute will update Registrants and the public on CCDC product availability on the AIBC website in 2027.
