Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct

The AIBC Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct (the “Code of Ethics”) is a compilation of standards of competence and professional and ethical conduct (“Professional Standards”) for the architectural profession and AIBC Registrants in British Columbia. The document is supplemented by advisory, informational, and interpretive commentary to assist readers.

The AIBC’s Code of Ethics and Profession Conduct establishes the core professional and ethical standards for all AIBC Registrants, including architects, architectural technologists, intern architects, retired architects, firms, and temporary licensee (architect).
