Under the Professional Governance Act (PGA), the AIBC Board (previously AIBC Council) is authorized to amend the Bylaws, with final approval by the Superintendent of Professional Governance. The first version of the AIBC Bylaws was approved and came into force on February 10, 2023. Since then, the AIBC continues to refine the Bylaws.
