The BC Court of Appeal recently dismissed the appeal by the City of Langford of a 2020 Supreme Court ruling that confirmed the requirement of an architect on a mixed-use, multi-family dwelling.  Read more

The next AIBC Mandatory CES reporting period deadline is June 30, 2022. This means that CES Participants have just under one year to earn and report a total of 36 Learning Units, of which at least 16 LUs must be Core.  Read more
