2019 Certified Professional (CP) Course Announcement

Engineers and Geoscientists BC and AIBC have been offering the Certified Professional (CP) Course since 2015. The 2019 CP Course is now available for registration to those interested. This course will be based on the 2018 BC Building Code, expected to be issued summer 2018.  Read more

AIBC Office Security Update

Please note that due to recent security concerns at the Institute, the AIBC has chosen to enhance its office security efforts. Effective immediately, the front glass doors on the main floor of the AIBC will remain locked, and visitors will need to be let into the main office by staff.  Read more

CANstruction Vancouver is back in 2018

June 22, 2018

In support of the Greater Vancouver Food Bank (GVFB), CANstruction Vancouver is an annual competition where teams from across the Lower Mainland compete in designing and building fun, large structures made entirely out of nutritious canned foods. One hundred per cent of the proceeds of CANstruction Vancouver goes towards the GVFB, in support of the more than 27,000 members the Food Bank serves weekly.  Read more
