NRC Offers Free Electronic Access to Codes
As of April 2019, the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) is offering free access to the downloadable and electronic formats of the National Building Code, the National Fire Code, the National Plumbing Code, and the National Energy Code for Buildings, as well as the provincial codes published by the NRC. Tariff of Fees for Architectural Services Project | Update
In July 2018, a volunteer opportunity was presented in Connected to take part in the Tariff of Fees for Architectural Services Update Project. To date, there have been more than 25 project meetings between seven different working groups. Each group represents a different building type; residential, commercial, healthcare, public assembly, educational, transportation and industrial. In total, there are 22 volunteers involved with the project. Read more
